Shipping Policy

We value our customers and therefore, we use reliable and registered courier partners to ship all orders across India. Here are some key details to help you understand our shipping process:

All orders qualify for free shipping

Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout

Delivery of the products takes between 5-7 days

Once the products are shipped, we will email you the tracking number and the shipping agency information

We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), net banking options, as well as recognized wallet and UPI options.

Please keep in mind that standard deliveries do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

WHATS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Damaged – If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. If any part of the decor or furnishing item is broken, you are eligible for return.

Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

Difference– If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.

Missing–  If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

Not Functional– It the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights and bulbs).
