Shipping Policy

We value our customers and therefore, we use reliable and registered courier partners to ship all orders across India. Here are some key details to help you understand our shipping process:

All orders qualify for free shipping

Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout

Delivery of the products takes between 5-7 days

Once the products are shipped, we will email you the tracking number and the shipping agency information

We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), net banking options, as well as recognized wallet and UPI options.

Please keep in mind that standard deliveries do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Returns:

If you want to initiate a return, please send an email to the1000bc@gmail.com. We'll get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

You can only request a return within seven days of receiving the product. Make sure to return the product in its original packaging with all the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.

Returned products must not have any wear and tear or be installed. We'll check and verify the legitimacy of the return.

Any damaged products will not be refunded.

We'll take 5 to 7 working days to process the refund once we receive the product in good condition.

If you want a credit note against the returned products (in perfect condition), it might take up to two business days.

Exchange:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at the1000bc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We cannot entertain microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed.

We'll verify the authenticity and nature of your complaint. If it's genuine, we'll initiate the replacement process.

Make sure to comply with the below-mentioned conditions to exchange the product:

Notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. Products should be unused.

We'll arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through our logistics partner. If we're unable to do so, we'll notify you to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed.

Return the products in their original packaging with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.

Pack the return products strongly and adequately to avoid further damage during transit.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The1000BC to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim isn't legitimate, you'll bear the shipping costs for the product.

We'll dispatch the replacement product within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation:

You cannot cancel an order once it's confirmed. However, you can modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours, provided the order isn't shipped.

If you want to modify your order within 24 hours before shipping, please call the customer service number 8279726205 or email us at the1000bc@gmail.com with the new product details (name, color, price, size).

If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your 'My Orders' Page. Otherwise, email us at the1000bc@gmail.com.

Terms & Conditions for Customers:

Report damages within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Corrosion due to sustained exposure to the sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth, or water on the product surfaces won't be liable for coverage under our warranty.
